Logistics

Exists (simulation)

The offline logistics copilot: logistic picture, 24 and 48 hour projections, resupply plan across trucks, robots and cargo drones.

For the logistics cells of brigade and battalion command posts, which re-decide resupply every few hours, day and night, from reports that arrive in no particular order.

Knarr reads those reports, builds the logistic picture, projects stock-outs and proposes a plan that someone else approves: two-person rule, no automatic action.

What exists today, in simulation

  • Standard-format logistics reports read and the picture built automatically: stock against requirement, days of supply, status now and at +24 / +48 h, stock-out alerts.
  • A resupply plan across trucks, ground robots and cargo drones, trading lateness against exposure to threat areas, checked against projected shortfalls.
  • Drone and robot missions exported in standard autopilot formats.
  • Runs entirely on the customer’s own machine: no cloud, no telemetry, customer-set parameters.

Roadmap

  • Smarter planning: multi-stop routes, time windows, automatic re-planning.
  • Cargo drones as a full delivery means: payload and range models, landing, winch or drop delivery, landing-zone selection, shuttles, GNSS-denied delivery.

Who it is for

  • Logistics staff officers and NCOs (G4 / S4) in a command post.
  • The commander and staff, who read the logistic picture without rebuilding it.

Dual uses

  • Crisis logistics for civil protection and humanitarian actors: resupply of isolated areas after a disaster.
  • Cargo drones and robots to sites cut off from the road network.
