AITHREN FR

Terms of use

Draft, to be reviewed by a lawyer. Version of 27 October 2026. The bracketed items are to be completed or confirmed by the founder before anything goes online. The French version prevails.

These terms govern the use of AITHREN’s online demonstration service ([À COMPLÉTER PAR LE FONDATEUR : address of the service, for example app.aithren.ai]), which gives access to the Knarr (logistics), Eira (medical evacuation) and Lodestone (navigation station, in simulation and replay) applications. By signing in, you accept these terms.

1. A demonstration service

The service is for discovering the applications. It runs on synthetic or public data only: fictitious exercise scenarios, open maps and imagery, flights recorded in simulation. Its results (plans, recommendations, positions, alerts) are illustrations: they must not be used for any real operation, any decision about a real patient, or any real navigation.

The service is free of charge. It is not a product delivered to a customer: a deployment at a customer is covered by a separate contract.

2. Accounts

  • Accounts are created by hand by an AITHREN administrator, on request. AITHREN may refuse a request without giving reasons.
  • An account is personal. Keep your password secret; you must change it at first login.
  • Each account works in its own private copy of the demonstration exercise; shared exercises are read-only.
  • The service is reserved for adults.

3. What you must never enter

You agree never to enter, upload or send into the service, feedback included:

  • real military data, or any classified or protected information at any level (including Diffusion Restreinte);
  • real health data or any information about a real patient;
  • personal data of other people;
  • third-party trade secrets, or content you have no right to share.

The service shows a “synthetic data only” reminder on every screen. AITHREN may delete without notice any content that breaks this rule.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • try to access other people’s accounts or exercises, or parts of the service not open to you;
  • bypass or probe the security measures, overload the service (automated requests, load tests) or disrupt its operation;
  • scrape, copy or resell the service or its data, or give other people access to it;
  • decompile or reverse-engineer the service, within the limits allowed by law;
  • use the service for unlawful purposes.

If you find a security flaw, report it to [À COMPLÉTER PAR LE FONDATEUR : contact e-mail address] without exploiting it.

5. Export control

The applications belong to the defence field. Access to the service grants no licence to the software, and no code can be downloaded. You remain responsible for complying with the export-control rules and restrictive measures (sanctions) that apply to you, in particular those of the European Union and France. You must not use the service if you are subject to such a measure, or on behalf of a person who is. AITHREN may refuse or close an account on this ground.

6. No warranty

The service is provided as is, for demonstration, with no warranty of availability, accuracy, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose. It may be interrupted, changed or stopped at any time. Exercises and accounts may be reset or deleted, for example during an update; do not rely on the service to keep your data.

To the extent permitted by law, AITHREN is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the service or from being unable to use it.

7. Closing the account

You may ask for your account to be closed at any time at [À COMPLÉTER PAR LE FONDATEUR : contact e-mail address]. AITHREN may suspend or close an account without notice in case of breach of these terms, prolonged inactivity, or when the demonstration service ends.

8. Intellectual property

The service, the applications and their contents belong to the publisher (see the legal notice). You keep your rights on the feedback you send and allow AITHREN to use it freely to improve its applications.

9. Personal data

See the privacy notice.

10. Changes, governing law

AITHREN may change these terms; the version in force and its date are on this page. These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction [À COMPLÉTER PAR LE FONDATEUR : confirm governing law and jurisdiction with the lawyer].
